The management and staff at Design Flooring, LLC are EXCELLENT!!! Recently used this company to replace the carpet in the lobby and conference room at our funeral home, and the service and work we received were PAR EXCELLENT!! There were a couple of hiccups with the shipping, but how did they make it up? They came in one day and took up all the existing carpet, and by 6 pm the next day, they had the JOB completed!!! The carpet installer worked with my schedule and got things done, perfect to the T! I would HIGHLY recommend them for the quality of work that they do!!!

My flooring had been done back in the beginning of October. Since then, I had some people visit my home and completely trash it. Eggs, popsicles, wax, and many more sticky substances were stuck on my new laminate flooring for a few days before we could clean up. THE FLOORS ARE STILL LIKE NEW! No damage at all. 10/10 would recommend! The best quality and service ever received!
